The Conant Public Library is currently closed for in-person browsing, but offers curbside pickup Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The events for April – May 2021 are as follows:
April 14: SPRINGO Scavenger Hunt – This fun backyard scavenger hunt is presented in a BINGO format and is for children of all ages. To request your SPRINGO card, please call during curbside pickup hours beginning on Wednesday, April 14.
April 22: Tails & Tales with Adventure Aquarium (Zoom) – Thursday, April 22 at 6:00 p.m. through Zoom. Registration is required – please call during curbside pickup hours to register.
April 28: Cookbook Club (Zoom) – Enjoy comforting, old-fashioned crowd-pleasing dishes at the virtual Cookbook Club on Wednesday, April 28 at 7:00 p.m. Registration is required – please call to register and receive the Zoom link.May 3: Parents’ Night Out Book Club (Zoom) – 6:30 p.m. Request a copy of the book through curbside pickup, Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Email egagliardi@cwmars.org so that we can send you a link to the Zoom meeting.
May 11: Meditation for Inner Peace (Zoom) – Participants will learn a simple meditation technique to help reduce stress and anxiety and to discover inner peace. Join us for this free Zoom program on Tuesday, May 11 at 6:30 p.m. Please call the library to register.
